LEADERSHIP IN DYNAMIC ERA:
LAUNCHING THE LOGO
MODULE 1

For centuries, these seemingly larger-than-life birds have fascinated and inspired us with their brilliant leadership characteristics. When eagles come to mind, people commonly imagine an enormous hunter soaring above wide-open spaces on outsized wings.

Indeed, eagles are among the world’s largest birds of prey. We venerate them as living symbols of power, freedom, and transcendence. In some religions, these creatures are believed to touch the face of God. Legend holds that Mexico’s Aztec civilisations so revered the birds that they built Tenochtitlan, their capital, at the spot where an eagle perched on a cactus.

For centuries, people have seen eagles as a symbol of beauty, bravery, courage, honour, pride, determination, and grace. This bird is important and symbolic to humanity because of its characteristics. Here are five important characteristics of the eagle that have been closely associated with leadership. Hence I have selected eagle as my blog's logo as the theme of the whole blog is "Leading in Dynamic Era".

I have used my initials representing Astha Sharma as AS so that I am able to distinguish my blog.

I have selected the colours that I have selected because of the following reasons:

Black. At the point when things are in dark, there is an irreconcilability and a guarantee to them. As pioneers we should be submitted, hold firm to responsibilities and lead from that establishment. That responsibility level makes things clearer for us (and in this way less demanding for us to lead), and more predictable for other people (and subsequently simpler for them to pursue).

White. Nothing is cleaner than something totally white – a cover of snow rings a bell. As a pioneer our goals must be unadulterated, our self image must be under wraps, and we should be as straightforward to others in our musings and activities as could reasonably be expected.
